I used to have an addiction. A phone addiction. Today, I can say, I am both free of the disease and have once again lost my phone.
If you think I am kidding, Kent can attest to the fact that I used to sleep with my phone in Kelowna. If there was something going on with the kids that I worked with, or something big in the community like Ashley Hyatt's death--my phone was never off my body.
Things have changed.
Moving to Victoria, I kept it on my 24/7 because I was on call with the hospital. I can tell you the date my phone and I ended our very close relationship. February 12, 2013--I started working in Research and my phone began to be a phone again....
So, having said all this, it's missing, again. Kent has now found it. It might be time to get a house phone....and ditch the cellular.
